Barnstaple Roundtable have a 15 seater minibus that they offer on a self drive basis for non profit making organisations fo a fixed donation.

                                                 

 

 

Barnstaple and District Round Table have raised the money to buy this minibus for the community, principally through the bonfire night firework displays each year. Barnstaple Round Table Community Minibus Ltd is a non-profit making organisation we are therefore able to provide the minibus for the use of community groups at a favourable rate.

It is operated under a Section 19 permit issued by the Department for Transport.  Any organisation wishing to use the vehicle must be non-profit making concerned with education, religion, social welfare, recreation or other activities of benefit to the community.  We regret that we are not able to offer the vehicle to the general public, businesses or for any journeys outside the UK*.

Interested groups must complete the attached form so that they can be approved before being allowed to use the vehicle.

2009/10 Rates

£60 per day 9am to 5pm

£95 per weekend (5pm Friday to 9am Monday)

Other periods by negotiation

Block bookings of 10 or more hirings will receive the 10th hiring free

Prices include insurance*  to drivers over 25 with clean license (standard excess of £250 taken as a deposit)
